We focus on the needs of small to mid sized companies seeking an internet presence at an affordable rate. To meet this need, we offer complete development of your basic web site at the following flat fee rates: (Web hosting and maintenance are not included)

  • $200 for the development of the first page
  • $100 for the development of each additional page

You supply us with:

  • The text you would like included on each page.
  • Examples of your current company website, logo, color schemes, brochures, etc.
  • The intended audience of your website (current customers, new customers, people just browsing, etc)
  • The type of business your website is representing (sales/marketing tool, personal/hobby site, etc)
  • Any examples of websites you like (please provide URL's), stating what you like (e.g. the colors, layout, the navigation buttons, etc)
  • Any other ideas on the way you would like your site to look


We will then:
  • Converse with you to develop one of those in to the 'look' of your new site
  • Incorporate your existing logo.
  • Create fully working HTML pages, including navigation, graphics, etc, which incorporates your provided text.
  • Deliver the pages to you via email or upload them to your website. (Although I do not provide either Web Hosting or Domain Name registration, I can make recommendations and walk you through the process)

For the basic web design, we do not provide shockwave/flash websites.

What's not included:

  • The creation and design of databases, data driven pages or dynamically created content.
  • For the basic web design, we do not provide shockwave/flash websites.
  • Web hosting and domain name registration are not included, although I can make recommendations and walk you through the process.

Web Design

Each page includes:

Custom Visually Pleasing Website Design and Layout

Tell us how you want your website to look and we will design your customized website for you. We do not us templates. All of our work are original designs - no cookie cutter designs here. Leave it to us to design a sample for you to look at. With your input and our experience we can design your ideal website that is eye-catching as well as functional.

Up To 5 Images Per Page (Use your own images or we'll use our own Royalty-Free images)

You can provided us with your images in electronic format that will go onto your website or we can use our own royalty-free images at no additional cost. This includes color photographs and clipart. With over 700,000 royalty-free images the chances are good that we can find the images that will look good on your website.

Up To 700 Words Per Page (Manually and Electronically Spelled Checked)

You will need to provide us with your text that will go onto your website in electronic format. We will manually and electronically spell check your text and notify you of any grammar errors before putting them onto your web pages.

Custom Graphics (Title Images, Images Masks, Color Enhancements, etc.)

We will spruce up your pages by placing custom graphics such as buttons, title images, image masks, color enhancements, etc. These custom graphics will give your site a professional quality look that you'll be proud to display.

Search Engine Optimization

Your website is no good if no one can find it on the World Wide Web. We will design your website so that it is search engine friendly. This way when search engines visit your website it will index your website accordingly to specific criteria, such as keywords in titles, keyword frequency, keyword density, keyword placement, image alt attributes and much more. This will help visitors find your website when doing specific searches on your target keywords.

Compatibility IE And Netscape Browsers

We will test your website for compatibility with the latest Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. This is very important since both browsers can interpret HTML code differently and render the page incorrectly to your visitors. We want your visitors, regardless of what browser they are using, to see and use your site the same way it was designed to look.

Optimize For Download Speed

Each page, including html and graphics, will be optimized for the quickest download speed possible while still maintaining a high quality resolution for images. Since it is difficult to predict what connection speed your visitors will be using, we will optimize each page for the lowest common denominator, which is the 56K dial-up connection.

Even if you already have an existing website and are not satisfied with it, we can help re-design it and take it to the next level. We like to believe that when you hire us to do your web development project you are entrusting us to represent your business very closely- this is no easy task.

Logo Design

Up to 3 revisions

From the original concept we send you, you will get up to 3 revisions to your logo design. You will own all logo revisions - that's up to 3 complete logo's for the price of one. That way if you ever change your mind later you can revert back to an original logo design.

Source Files

You will own the source files for your logo design. Plus we will save your logo source files for up to one year if you ever need us to update it in the future.

Optimize images

Each logo is optimized for high resolution quality and download speed. Since your logo will be used primarily for the web it is ideal to optimize your logo to be eye-catching and have a very small size to allow it to be quickly downloaded to your visitors browsers.

Even if you already have an existing logo and want to keep portions of this logo's concept we can transfer some design elements into your new logo project. If you are not sure about your ideal logo, you can provide us with 5 keywords that will best describe your ideal logo.

This will give us a clue as to what you would like your logo to look like. If you are still not sure, just let us design a logo sample for you. With up to 3 revisions we can work together to make it your ideal logo.

Complete setup by us - The only thing that we really need from you is just your images and text in electronic format, we can pretty much do the rest.

A typical 5 page website with logo will take about 1 to 2 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the project.

Maintenance

Updating, or maintenance, of your Web Site is vital. Keeping your Web Site active is essential if you want to gain the full benefit of the internet.If your Web Site is current, customers will learn to use it to gain important information concerning products, schedules, etc.

Routine maintenance is an inexpensive way to keep your customers and employees informed. Updates can be done on a regular basis or as needed. We are available to handle your updates and other maintenance.

Rate: $100.00 per month

Regular maintenance includes:

  • Up to 4 hours per month. (additional $30.00 per hour) Keep in mind submitting changes in groups saves time, and therefore money. (One change may take 45 minutes, where six changes submitted at the same time may only take two hours.)
